Solution:

Given: Area of the land = 12 × 18 m².

Area in sq feet = 12 × 18 × 10.763911105.

So the area in sq feet = 2,325.00479868 sq feet.

Example 5: Suppose there exist two land fields having areas of 112 m² and 148 m²; find the total area of these fields in sq feet.

Solution:

 Area of the land = 12 × 18 m².

Area in sq feet = (112 + 148) × 10.763911105.

So the area in sq feet = 2,798.6168873 sq feet.
