Since, the vowels must always come together, we can treat them as a single alphabet.
Then, we have to arrange 6 alphabets.
Number of ways to arrange 6 alphabets = 6! = 720.
The two vowels can be arranged in 2! Ways. So, the required number of ways = 6! * 2! = 1440.
