General Recruitment Process
The placement session for any company generally has 3 – 4 rounds. The first round is the written test, consisting of Quantitative aptitude, Reasoning (logical ability), Verbal ability (English) , and computer science subjects (C, C++, Data Structures, Algorithms, DBMS, OS, Networks, etc.).
For some companies, you might also have a coding round, which is sometimes taken as a separate round and sometimes is clubbed with the written test.
Further rounds are interview rounds, the first two usually being the technical round and successive rounds being the HR round.

- For Placements Round 3 (Interviews), we are planning to arrange for online mock interviews. But for the time, you can refer interview experiences on GeeksQuiz and interview experiences on GeeksforGeeks.
- Must Do Coding Questions for Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe, … : These are most common questions (arranged topic-wise) asked in all rounds.

- TCS Aptitude Questions: Questions in this section are generally used to test the numerical and logical ability of the aspirant. Important topics in this section includes Number system, Equations, Ratio and Proportion, Percentages, Profit and Loss, Time and Work, Time speed Distance, Areas and Mensuration, Averages, Permutations and Combinations, Probability, Plane geometry, Seating Arrangements, Sets, Progressions, Functions, Series, Coding, Truth and Lie based puzzles.

- TCS Email Writing Questions: TCS conducts an E-Mail writing test of 10 minutes duration and is included in the other writing tests. In this test, a situation is introduced at the start of the question followed by a number of phrases ranging from 10 to 15. With a proper understanding of the situation, the applicant needs to frame a formal e-mail, including all those phrases mentioned in the question.
