How to Change Your Windows Computer Screen Saver?

The Windows 10 screensaver is displayed on your computer or device when you haven’t been active for a certain amount of time. To apply screen saver settings or to disable the one already applied, follow the following steps:

Step 1: Open the start menu and click on the settings icon.

Step 2: In the windows setting screen, click on personalization icon.



Step 3: Open the lock screen setting on the left-hand side.

Step 4: In the panel, Scroll down and go to the screen saver settings.

Step 5 :In the screen saver drop down menu, click on one of the options.

3D text and photos options are customizable . You can click on the settings to customize the text. It allows modifying the fonts, set the resolution, edit the size and rotation speed. You can also change the motion type and surface style.

Once set, click on “OK” to finalize the changes. In the screen saver dialogue box, click on Preview to visualize the changes. It also provides wait option to determine after how much time the screen saver should be applied. Click on “Apply” button” to apply the changes.

Selecting the (None) option disables the screen saver on your computer.

The Windows screen saver can be changed to fit your personal preferences and make your computer more secure by requiring the Windows password after a set number of minutes of inactivity.
