Hitachi Vantara Interview Experience Virtual (Off-Campus) 2022

So, starting with the interview experience of Hitachi Vantara it was 3 rounds hiring process.

First Round: The first round was the assessment round which had 80 questions and a total of 8 sections including 2 coding questions. Questions were on Java, OOPS, Aptitude, Hadoop, Cloud, etc. It was overwhelming. Eliminations took place in this round but I cleared that round.

Second Round: This Round was a technical round. In this round, I was asked to introduce myself.

• They asked me questions based on my projects mostly and also some SQL queries.
• Difference between DBMS and RDBMS?
• What are the foreign key and primary key?
• Asked some behavioral questions and some logical basic programs.
• Asked me about Normalization in DBMS.
• Asked about SQL Queries and some theoretical questions on DML, and DDL Questions.

It was not tough if you knew your concepts. The interviewer was calm and made sure that I felt okay while giving the interview. The whole process was smooth. After 4-5 days, I received a mail that I had cleared the round and was selected for the HR Round.

Third Round: In the HR interview normal hr questions like  

• Introduce yourself
• Why do u want to join Hitachi? 
• Any questions for me? (asked What technologies should I learn if I get selected? )
• Preferred Location.
• What are your greatest achievements?”

After 5-6 hour hr team send me an offer letter.
