CNH Industrial Interview Experience for PGET (On-Campus)

Round 1: Online Assessment: It has 3 sections : 

• Verbal
• 2 & 3 are aptitude based.

Round 2: Technical Interview: First, they asked for an introduction and then they moved on to oops-related questions. then after they started with a coding question :

We discussed 2-3 different approaches for it.

After that, the interviewer asked me what I did at my last internship or job, and we talked for a long time about the different technologies I used there. They were impressed by what I said, and the conversation was very good. Then they told me to write the SQL query “find the employee record with the second highest salary from the employee table.”

Round 3: HR Round: He asked me to give my introduction, and then asked some general questions like family background and all. Then they started with behavioral questions :

• Which role you are interested in.
• What are your hobbies?
• What were your achievements?
• Tell me your strength.

It was a short discussion. Finally, in the end, I got the offer.

Suggestion: Be honest with your answer and be clear with your basics of CSE fundamentals.
