Capace Software Private Limited interview experience for Software Developer Trainee (On-Campus)
Round 1: Group Discussion: Those students who got their resumes shortlisted got an online zoom meeting link from a recruiter. Students were divided into 8 groups and in each group, there were 5 students, and time was equally divided for each group for group discussion.
The recruiter gave random topics for group discussion and the time distribution in each group was 30 minutes. The selection criteria of group discussion were based on the following criteria:-
- Who is speaking most relevant to the topic?
- Fluency in communication skills and positive points.
- More confident and ready to compete.
Round 2: Technical Assessment: On the same day in the evening, the result of the Group discussion was announced and I got shortlisted for the technical assessment the recruiter mailed the technical assessment to those students who got shortlisted in the group discussion. We had to complete the technical assessment in 3 hours and submit it. The result of the technical assessment was announced after 2 days and I got shortlisted for the technical interview.
Round 3: Technical Interview: Technical interview was held in an online zoom meeting. Some technical questions were asked by the technical recruiter and the technical questions were based on DBMS, Android, and Operating systems. After that recruiter asked about the project that I had done. And then recruiter asked what motivates you to join this company ?. After 4 days I got shortlisted mail for the last round.
Round 4: HR Interview: Last round was the HR interview. HR round was going well and after 10 days offer letter was offered by the company.
